Act relating to the Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act" and                                         
recommended it be replaced with                                                                     
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 186(STA) "An Act                                                   
          relating to the Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act;                                       
          establishing the crime of disclosing confidential                                         
          ethics information; and providing for an effective
